“On Sunday morning, a meeting was held with farmers under a tamarind tree in the Kamping Pouy area, Battambang province, to discuss the preparation of a rice production community on over 1,000 hectares of land, based on the One-Stop Service model. The aim is to reduce production costs, ease the burden of accessing capital or dealing with lack of capital, and facilitate market solutions.”
