A training program for Commune Agricultural Officers (CAOs) on the topic of Global Good Agricultural Practices (Global GAP) was organized at the Kampong Cham Provincial Department of Agriculture in collaboration with the certification company Control Union and the Clean Village Organization, with the participation of 70 agricultural officers from the Provinces of Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Ratanakiri, Kratie, and Battambang. The course will further strengthen the capacity of CAOs to support farmers growing durian and other products to obtain certification of Good Agricultural Practices, which are essential for exports to global markets.
