Discussion with cashew plantation managers in Choam Ksan district, Preah Vihear province on improved cashew plantation management for good yields, including:
1) Thinning and Pruning
2) Weed control with or without spraying chemicals
3) Prevention of waterlogging
4) Fertilization: organic and chemical fertilizers, application time, amount and methods
5) Prevention and elimination of pesticides, types of pesticides, amounts, time and equipment for spraying
6) Proper use of flowering chemicals
7) Efficient management of planting and maintenance efforts for improved crop quality
